I'm looking to find a feature...

Click on your name in the top right corner > Select the drop-down icon > Select Profile > Select About me > Fill in your details in the boxes provided > Change password option is also available > Save your changes.

Select the Net Hub icon in the top left corner of the screen.

Select the Bell icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Select the speech bubble icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Select the Quick Actions button in the bottom right corner (Red circle with white plus) > Click Scroll to top > This will enable you to return to your most recent posts on the dashboard.

Campaigns from your connections that are still active & in date.

Click Net Hub Community on the left of the screen > Click Community Posts from the dropdown > Posts in the Net Hub Community posts section can be bookmarked (saved) by clicking the ribbon icon on the post which is at the right side of the connections name. The feature “Show bookmarks only” below the Search posts box enables you to view only the posts you have bookmarked. You can search by lead type, sector or region.

By selecting the quick actions button, at the bottom right of the screen, it enables you to do 5 actions quickly despite where you are on the Net Hub site. You can Create a new post, Add a new lead, Manage Connections, Manage Community groups & Scroll to the top of your Dashboard from the quick actions button.

Go to your Profile by clicking the drop-down arrow on the right of the screen > Select My rating (the yellow box below your name) > There are 10 Ratings that measure how well you interact with your Net Hub community. You can improve your profile by completing the 10 actions.

Go to your Profile by clicking the drop-down arrow on the right of the > Select Notifications from the drop down > Select which ones you wish to have active/ inactive.

I'm looking to use the posts feature....

Click the Dashboard button on the left of the screen > Select New Post > Select Category > Select Region > Select Sector > Add more details about your post in the box provided > Click the Create post button in the top right corner.

Select the Quick Actions button in the bottom right corner (Red circle with white plus) > Click Create new post > Fill in the required details such as Category, Region & applicable Sector which your post fits in to > To post, click “Create” in the top right corner.

Click the Net Hub community button on the left of the screen > Click the Community posts button > Click the red New post button on the top right of the screen > Enter information about your post such as category, region, and sector. Provide further details in the given box > Click the red create button to create your community post.

Inform your connections of any person, service, lead etc. that you may require along with the many other options in the post category section.

Click the Net Hub Community button on the left of the screen > Click the Community posts button > Here you can view all the posts from your Network > You can also do this by going to their profile if they are a connection

By viewing a connections profile, Through the Net Hub Community – community posts section, bookmarking posts of interest.

Go to your Profile by clicking the drop-down arrow on the right of the > Select My posts from the drop down > Use the Advance search button if required.

I'm looking to use the leads feature....

Click the Manage leads button on the left of the screen > Click the Incoming button > Here you can view your incoming leads.

Click the Manage leads button on the left of the screen > Click the Outgoing button > Here you can view your outgoing leads.

Click the Manage Leads button on the left of the screen > Click the Incoming button > Type the lead name in the “search leads” box provided > If you are unsure of the name click Advance search button below the search bar > Then filter by lead type and/ or filter by position in pipeline if known > Click the red Apply Filter button to search.

Click the Manage leads button on the left of the screen > Click the Outgoing button > Type the lead name in the “search leads” box provided > If you are unsure of the name click Advance search button below the search bar > Then filter by lead type and/ or filter by position in pipeline if known > Click the red Apply Filter button to search.

Click the Dashboard button on the left of the screen > Go to the middle box which is ‘Total revenue’ here you can see the total revenue figure > Click the Blue card icon to bring you to the outgoing leads page.

Click the Manage leads button on the left side of the screen > Here you have the option of viewing both your incoming and outgoing leads

The pipeline graph tells you how many leads are in the pipeline. The pipeline shows you where all your leads currently sit – won, lost, open. You can filter your pipeline by year. When you win an incoming customer lead you need to then update the status by clicking on the lead. This will then update your dashboard.

Check on a regular basis. If leads are open, try to get them to a stage of won/ closed. Create full transparency with your connection.

Leads are won, lost, or remain open. Therefore, the colour changes on the graph to correlate with the status of your leads.

Customer – Looking for someone to purchase. Influencer – Looking for help from someone to market for you.

Strategic Partner – Looking for person/ Business to share resources with.

Introducer – Looking for someone to introduce you to a specific person/business/company.

Other – Any other person that isn’t one of the above.

Click the Manage leads button on the left of the screen > Click the Outgoing button > Select the red Add new lead button in the top right corner > Enter the general information about your lead in the boxes provided such as > Recipient (one of your connections), Lead type (Customer, Influencer, Strategic Partner Introducer, Other), Reward (from your standard rewards), Lead value, If relevant find a relevant group tag for your lead, if the lead is not from networking enter the source of the lead in the box provided > Select the red Next button to proceed.

I'm looking to use the connections feature....

Click the Dashboard button on the left of the screen > Go to the connections post > Click the red Contact button at the right corner of the connections post > Type message in the given box > Click the Arrow icon to send or simply press enter on your keyboard.

Click the My Connections button on the left of the screen > Click Manage connections > Press the red Add connections button in the top left corner of the screen > Click on the name of the person you wish to connect with > When you arrive at their profile click the red Ask to connect button.

Use the profile search function to find other Net Hub users that you might know > Click the My Connections button on the left of the screen > Click Manage Connections > Search any connection In the search bar provided on the screen.

Invite connections by adding their email address in the following way: Click the My Connections button on the left of the screen > Click Manage Connections > Press the red Add Connections button in the top left corner of the screen > Click the red invite Connections button in the top right of the screen > Enter the email address of the connection you wish to invite > Click the red send button to send the request.

Click the My Connections button on the left of the screen > Click the Direct messages button > Click on the name of the connection you wish to message > Type your message in the box provided (1000 characters max) > Click the Arrow icon to send or simply press enter on your keyboard.

Click the My connections button on the left of the screen > Click Manage connections > Click the name of the connection you wish to message > Click the Send message button underneath the name of your connection (It is the 4th option down) > Type your message in the box provided (1000 characters max) > Click the Arrow icon to send or simply press enter on your keyboard.

By visiting the profile of a connection > Click the Send message button underneath the name of your connection (It is the 4th option down) > Type your message in the box provided (1000 characters max) > Click the Arrow icon to send or simply press enter on your keyboard.

Click the My connections button on the left of the screen > Click the Manage connections button > Search for the connection in the search box provided > If you are unsure of the name of this connection, click the Advance search button underneath the search bar > Select the sector and/ or region of the connection if known.

Click the My Connections button on the left of the screen > Click the Manage Connections button > Click the red Add Connections button on the top right of the screen > Search for the connection in the search box provided.

Select the red Contact button on the post of the person you wish to contact/ connect with > Type your message in the box provided (1000 characters max) > Click the Arrow icon to send or simply press enter on your keyboard.

Click the My connections button on the left of the screen > Select Manage connections from the dropdown > Once you are on this page, select the profile you wish to make notes about > Add your notes in the box provided > Click the red Save button to save your notes.

Go to your Profile by clicking the drop down arrow on the right of the screen > Select 121 Meeting Set Up below your name on the left side > Enter your Calendly URL in the box provided > Click the red Save and preview button > Once this is complete you can then go to My Connections on the left of the screen > Click Manage my connections from the drop down > Then select the connection you wish to book a 121 meeting with. Both you & your connection must have Calendly set up or it will default to messaging.

I'm looking to use the groups feature....

Click the Net Hub community button on the left of the screen > Click the Group chats button > Click the red New group button on the top right side of the screen > Enter the information about your group in the boxes provided such as Group name & Group.

To bring your connections together and be able to communicate with them all in one place.

Quick & direct communication with several of your connections.

Click the Net Hub Community button on the left of the screen > Click the Networking directory button > Click on the group you wish to review > Click the Add review button on the right side > Rate the group from 1 to 5 stars and add any comments you wish to include > Click the red Submit button to submit your review.

Inform others of your experience with the Networking Group to give connections an indication of what it is like to be a member of this group.

You must be a member of that group > Click the Net Hub Community button on the left of the screen > Click the Networking directory button > Click on the group you wish to add to your profile > Click the red Add to my groups button in the top right corner > When you add the group to your profile the owner of the networking group is asked to verify whether you are member > Once verified you will be a member of this group.

Click the Net Hub Community button on the left of the screen > Click Group Chats from the dropdown > You can then create a group, name your group, and add your desired connections to your group chat. You also have the option of a personalised picture for the chat.

Click the Net Hub Community button on the left of the screen > Select Networking Directory from the dropdown > Search for Networking Groups in the search bar > You can also advance search a group by selecting the Advance Search button and filtering by the type and/or region of the group.

Go to your Profile by clicking the drop-down arrow on the right of the > Select Networking groups to see which groups you are a member of.

I'm looking to use the rewards feature....

Click the Reward connections button on the left of the screen > Click the Standard rewards button > Click the red Add reward button on the top right of the screen > Enter Name, Description & Value of the reward > Click the red Save button to create.

Click the Reward connections button on the left of the screen > Click the Campaign rewards button > Click the red Add campaign button on the top right of the screen > Enter campaign details such as name, start & end dates > Click the Next button > Choose reward and select next > Enter the campaign details and select next > Notify all connections or select the connections you wish to notify > Click the Create button to create your campaign reward.

A Standard Reward is run on an ongoing basis and can be always made available to connections. A Campaign Reward one time reward campaign for a specific period with a start & end date and is used to encourage quick action from connections.

Some industries reward lead generation or work with commission-based structures.

Click the Reward connections button on the left side of the screen > Select campaign rewards > All rewards set up by your connections are here > You can quickly search a reward campaign by entering the name in the search box provided.

I'm an Owner of a Networking Group and need help....

The dashboard gives you an insight into your data & how well your groups are performing. 

Here you can see data such which group has the most converted leads. 

The group which has the most incoming & outgoing leads is also shown here. 

You can also see the number of groups which you are the owner of.

Cross group leads data is a key feature of the dashboard as it shows the sender of the lead, the receiver of the lead & also the receiver date, type of lead such as customer, influencer … and pipeline status of the lead such as won, lost or actioned.

You can quickly search leads by selecting the start and/ or end date of a given lead.

Go to the Dashboard button on the left of the screen > Your groups statistics are here > Here you can view the converted leads of all your groups > the number of groups which you are the owner of > The group with the most outgoing leads > The group with the most incoming leads.

Go to the Dashboard button on the left of the screen > Click the arrow icon on the left or right of the screen until you see the “‘most outgoing leads” box.

Go to the Dashboard button on the left of the screen > Click the arrow icon on the left or right of the screen until you see the “‘most incoming leads” box.

Go to the Dashboard button on the left of the screen > Click the arrow icon on the left or right of the screen until you see the “converted leads” box.

Go to the Dashboard button on the left of the screen > Click the arrow icon on the left or right of the screen until you see the “number of groups” box.

Go to the Group Management button on the left of the screen > Here you can view all your groups.

Go to the Group Management button on the left of the screen > Search the group in the search bar provided.

Go to the Group Management button on the left of the screen > Click the red “Add Group” button on the right of the screen > Enter the information about your group such as Name of directory > Subscription type whether it is Annual Contract, Pay as you go or Free > Frequency of the subscription > Description of your group > Enter the contact information of your group such as Region, Phone Number, Email, Website & the Social Channels which you may have for your group > Click the red “Add New” button in the top right corner to add the new group to your network.

Click the group management button on the left of the screen > Search the group in the search bar provided > Scroll over to the actions button on the right of the screen > Select the eye icon > This will bring you to the Group’s information.

Click the group management button on the left of the screen > Search the group in the search bar provided > Scroll over to the actions button on the right of the screen > Select the statistical icon > This will bring you to the group statistical data where you can view information about the leads and pipeline of the group selected.

Click the group management button on the left of the screen > Search the group in the search bar provided > Scroll over to the actions button on the right of the screen > Select the people icon > This will bring you to the member management page where you can see all group members, search for group members & view any requests which you may have of users wanting to join the group.

Go to the communications button on the right of the screen > Select group chats > This will bring you to the Net Hub Communication Page where you can view your group chats.

Organisation is the members who are key roles of your group such as chairperson, Secretary & any other members who help with the running of the group. 

Groups are the people who are members of the group.

Go to the communications button on the right of the screen > Select group chats > This will bring you to the Net Hub Communication Page where you can view your group chats > Select the group you wish to message > Type your message in the box provided and select the arrow icon to send or simply press enter on your keyboard.

Go to the Communications button on the right of the screen > Select Notifications > This will bring you to the Notifications page where you can view your notifications.

Go to the Communications button on the right of the screen > Select Notifications > Select the red “Create New” button on the right of the screen > Select All or the Group which you wish to send the notification to > Type your notification message in the box provided (500 characters max) when you are finished select the red Submit button to post your notification.

A group chat allows you to send messages which can be responded to by other members of the group. 

A notification is a message which you alert all your groups of but they are not able to reply to eg: Meeting Thursday night @ 8PM.

Select the chat icon on the top right of the screen > here you can view your recent messages > When you select view all it brings you to the Group chats page.

Select the red circle on the top right of the screen > Select My Profile > here you can view the personal information of your group. You can also change the password here.
